Anna will use verbal instructions and hands-on guidance to teach you how to use your thinking to release tension, while encouraging effortless posture and alignment.

You will learn how to manage your reactions to stimuli, while maintaining freedom throughout your body. This can be done through everyday movements such as sitting and standing, as well as movements or positions that your profession requires.
