The Alexander Technique (AT) teaches you how to be conscious of your movements during all of these activities. It can be practiced anytime, anywhere, for anything! Learning the technique will give you ease and comfort while going throughout your day.
IN A SESSION
Anna will teach you how to identify what movement patterns are interfering with your natural coordination. This is done through verbal instruction and hands-on guidance in everyday activities such as sitting, standing, bending, and walking.
AT gives you the necessary tools to use your thinking to improve your posture and movement, making them coordinated, balanced, and comfortable!
